Dowd Financial Planning provides comprehensive financial planning to individuals and families. Dowd distinguishes itself by providing financial planning services to meet your investment, tax, budgeting, estate planning, risk management, retirement planning, and business development needs. Dowd Financial Planning does not manage investments or sell insurance.
Fee Structure
Dowd Financial Planning offers an Open Retainer for holistic financial planning for a flat annual fee between $3,400 and $13,600. Clients will have between one to nine scheduled meetings during the year. Additional email and phone consultations are included. Services may include tax preparation and planning, insurance review, budgeting and cash flow review, recordkeeping review, investment review, analysis of financial goals, employer benefits review, retirement and financial planning and estate plan reviews.
Dowd Financial Planning offers Project Retainer services that focus on one or more of the following areas: goal setting, asset/liability analysis, tax planning, cash flow management, investment review, retirement planning, risk management, estate planning and record keeping. The service includes consultations as well as written and/or oral recommendations. A Financial Fitness Review consists of a two-hour review of up to three financial planning topics selected in advance by the client for a flat fee of $1,500. Advisor may negotiate an hourly fee of up to $300 per hour for specific project requests.
