Scala Capital provides investment advice and manages portfolios for individuals, pension plans, trusts, and other entities. Scala offers three model portfolios: Conservative, Moderate, and Tactical, tailored to different risk tolerances and investment goals. Scala also provides limited financial planning and consulting services to portfolio management clients at no additional cost. Scala may recommend third-party money managers and also manages private investment funds.

Certain clients may be charged fees lower than those stated and will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. If you have a net worth greater than $2,200,000 or Scala manages at least $1,000,000 of your assets, you may pay a performance-based fee. In such cases, you will pay a combination of an asset-based fee ranging up to 1.50% per year and an annual performance fee of a maximum of 20% per year, charged on a quarterly basis.
