Yankee Advisers manages investments for pooled investment vehicles, specifically The Yankee Multi-Manager Fund and Clipper Growth Fund. These funds invest primarily in hedge funds and may invest in a broad range of securities. Yankee accepts new partners based on their acceptance of the goals and risk parameters as set forth in the Funds’ offering documents.
Fee Structure
Yankee Advisers manages investments for two funds, YMM and Clipper.
For YMM, the management fee is 1.2% per year, deducted quarterly. There's also an incentive fee of 10% of new profits, subject to a high-water mark, charged quarterly.
For Clipper, the management fee is 6.0% per year, deducted monthly. There's also an incentive fee of 30% of new profits, subject to a high-water mark, charged monthly. The Clipper fee schedule may decrease with scale at Yankee's discretion.
