Kainos (TX) Capital LP manages investments for private funds, focusing on food, beverage, and consumer product companies. Kainos identifies investment opportunities, negotiates terms, manages investments, and seeks dispositions. Kainos generally makes control investments or investments where they exercise influence over a company’s management and strategic direction. Investors in the funds do not participate in the control or management of the funds.
Fee Structure
Kainos manages investments for private funds and does not directly manage investments for individual investors. The firm receives fees and compensation in exchange for advisory services provided to the Funds, including management fees, carried interest, additional compensation in connection with management services performed for the portfolio companies of the Funds and reimbursements from portfolio companies for certain expenses advanced on their behalf.
