Jim Saulnier & Associates (JS&A) provides retirement and financial planning, portfolio management, investment analysis, and tax planning services to individuals and high-net-worth individuals. JS&A offers two investment management services: Investment Model for those saving for retirement and Investment Positioning for those already withdrawing retirement assets. JS&A manages client portfolios primarily on a discretionary basis.

JS&A offers two investment management services with fixed annual fees, billed quarterly:
- Investment Model: Designed for individuals actively saving for retirement. The annual fee is $4,700 plus $100 per managed account. A minimum household aggregate account size of $500,000 is generally required, but may be negotiable.
- Investment Positioning: Designed for those actively withdrawing from their retirement assets and is only available to existing retirement planning clients of JS&A. The annual fee is $7,700 plus $100 per managed account. A minimum household aggregate account size of $750,000 is generally required, but may be negotiable.
Clients can schedule optional hour-long portfolio review meetings for $320 per meeting.
