Deep Draft Consulting, LLC (DDC) offers business planning and financial advisory services to individuals, corporations, and business entities. DDC refers clients to third-party investment advisors and offers financial planning services for a separate fee. DDC does not manage investment assets directly. Financial planning services may include accumulation, financial independence (retirement), investments, risk management, estate planning, and income taxes.
Fee Structure
Deep Draft Consulting does not manage investments directly. Instead, they refer you to other investment advisors. They may receive 20% of the fees you pay to the other investment advisors, or they may assess an initial consulting fee of up to 1.00% deducted from your initial investment, and from any subsequent investment of $2,000 or more in addition to the ongoing financial advisor fee of up to an annual rate of 1.35%. The total client fees when a third-party investment adviser is used will not exceed 3% of assets under management.
