Castlestone Management aims to provide investment advisory services based on foresight, appropriateness and with the intention of meeting the long-term investment objective of its clients and their investors. The firm aims to deliver funds that are liquid, completely transparent, do not use any leverage and, most importantly, only hold liquid instruments.
Fee Structure
Castlestone Management charges a management fee and a retrocession fee for its investment advisory services to offshore investment funds. The management fee varies between 1.00% to 1.75% per year of the fund's net asset value. The retrocession fee varies between 0.5% to 1.00% per year of the fund's gross asset value, depending on the share class. A sales charge between 1% and 6% of the subscription price will be paid by the Fund at the time of subscription with respect to certain share classes.
