Fees may be negotiable on a client-by-client basis depending on the size, complexity, and nature of the portfolio managed. The management fee will be included in a “wrap fee” with Cambridge Investment Research Advisors, Inc. (CIRA), as sponsor of the WealthPort Program, as part of a wrap fee program. The maximum fee that can be billed to your account is 2.25%, which includes our fee, the CIRA’s fee, and the platform fee.
