For the business development company, Great Elm receives a quarterly management fee equal to 1.50% annually of the gross asset value. There is also an incentive fee based on income and capital gains.
For the private fund, Great Elm receives a monthly management fee equal to 1.25% of the net asset value of the fund. The General Partner is also entitled to receive quarterly performance allocations of up to 12.50% on net investment income and annual performance allocations of up to 12.50% on realized capital gains.
