Rock Canyon Capital Management provides investment management services to pooled investment vehicles (Rock Canyon Funds) offered on a private placement basis and separately managed accounts. Rock Canyon directs the investment and reinvestment of capital and manages fund affairs. They seek investment opportunities that deliver superior risk-adjusted returns while preserving capital during adverse market conditions. Rock Canyon invests in various asset classes, both long and short, and has no limitation on the types of asset classes it may invest in.
Rock Canyon charges separately managed account clients an annual management fee ranging from 1% to 1.5% of the account's net asset value, billed quarterly in advance. If services are terminated, a refund is provided for the remaining days in the quarter. Clients also pay a performance-based fee of 15%, subject to a "high water mark," calculated annually and billed in arrears. Clients also incur custodian fees, brokerage fees, and, for investments in mutual funds and exchange-traded funds, indirect investment advisory fees and expenses.
