Portus Capital Management (PortusCM) offers portfolio management services tailored to individual client goals, objectives, and risk tolerance. PortusCM creates an Investment Policy Statement for each client. PortusCM also offers consulting services to pension and employee benefit plans. PortusCM generally limits its investment advice to mutual funds, fixed income securities, real estate funds, insurance products, equities, ETFs, treasury inflation protected bonds, commodities and non-U.S. securities.
Fee Structure
Portus Capital Management charges a percentage of the value of your investments each year. The fee ranges from 0% to 2%. Most clients are billed at 1%, but some older accounts are billed at less than 1% (0.50%, 0.70%, 0.75%, 0.90%). Accounts that trade options are billed at 2%. Some family members pay 0%. Fees are negotiable.
