TDIRECTION Asset Management (TAM) offers investment advisory services, designing custom portfolios based on in-house research. TAM manages client assets in discretionary accounts. TAM does not offer or recommend proprietary products, commodities, partnerships, private placements or other illiquid, high-risk securities. Clients can request restrictions on their accounts. TAM may combine account values of family members to determine advisory fees.
Fee Structure
TDIRECTION Asset Management charges a quarterly investment advisory fee based on a percentage of the assets they manage. The fee ranges from 0.8% to 1.2% annually, calculated based on the market value of the account at the end of each quarter. The fee is paid quarterly in arrears. Clients are responsible for brokerage commissions and other fees. At TDIRECTION's discretion, they may combine the account values of family members to determine the applicable advisory fee.
