Fees may be negotiable. For qualified clients, Kubo may charge a performance fee instead of an investment advisory fee. The performance fee will be equal to 20% of any gains in the Client account[s] for the year subject to a hurdle rate of 6%. Only gains above the hurdle rate shall be subject to the performance fee.
