Fee Structure
Oxley Capital Management (OCM) does not directly manage client investments. Instead, OCM recommends third-party managers (TPMs) to manage client portfolios. OCM receives a portion of the advisory fees charged by the TPM as a referral fee. The fees charged by the TPMs vary depending on the strategy selected.
OCM has referral agreements with CLS Investments, Gradient Investments, and USA Financial Portformulas. Each TPM has its own fee schedule, which will be disclosed to the client before they sign an agreement with the TPM.
