Main Street Investors, LLC directs clients to third-party investment advisors, conducts due diligence on those advisors, and reviews their ongoing performance. MSI also offers pension consulting services to employee benefit plans and financial planning services covering investments, insurance, taxes, retirement, college, and debt/credit planning. MSI generally limits its investment advice to mutual funds, fixed income securities, insurance products including annuities, equities and ETFs.

Fees are negotiable. All clients will invest in the mutual funds run by Matson Money. Matson Money does not receive any advisory fee; it is compensated solely via the 0.50% fee associated with its mutual fund. The aggregate management fees charged by MSI and Matson Money will not exceed 0.50% annually.
