Sundance Bay Investment Manager provides investment advisory and private fund management services, primarily on a discretionary basis, for real estate-related investments. Sundance Bay tailors its services to the needs of its Funds and generally does not provide investment advisory services to individuals or individually tailored client services operating as separately managed accounts or to the underlying investors in the Funds. However, in certain circumstances, Sundance Bay will provide discretionary services to institutional accounts that co-invest in some of our assets.
