Fee Structure
PMMSF Partners charges an annual management fee of 1.00% of the net asset value of each investor's capital account balance, calculated and paid quarterly in advance. In addition to the management fee, PMMSF Partners receives a performance-based fee of up to 25% of profits, provided the fund achieves a 10% annual rate of return, calculated at the end of the fund's life.
