PMMSF Partners provides investment advisory services to Precious Metals and Miners Speculative Fund LP and Precious Metals Allocation Fund, LP, both private investment vehicles. PMMSF Partners identifies investment opportunities for, and participates in the acquisition, management, monitoring and disposition of investments of the Funds. Investment advice is provided to the Funds, and not individually to the investors in the Funds.

In addition to the 1.00% annual management fee, PMMSF Partners will also receive up to 25% of the profits as a performance-based fee, above a 10% annual rate of return. The Management Fee is generally subject to waiver or reduction by PMMSF Partners as the General Partner in their sole discretion. This fee structure may be modified from time to time.
