Fee Structure
Patron Partners' annual investment management fee is a percentage of the value of your investments. The fee typically ranges from 0.50% to 2.00% per year, but may be negotiable based on the size of your account, complexity of asset structures, and other factors. In limited circumstances, a flat fee between $1,000 and $100,000 per year may be charged. The fee is paid quarterly, in advance, with adjustments made for deposits and withdrawals greater than $25,000 during the quarter.
