SOF Spectrum Capital Management provides asset management services tailored to individual client needs. SOF works with clients to develop and execute strategies designed to build and preserve wealth. SOF also offers Retirement Plan Allocation Management Services, providing advice on 401k and other retirement accounts. SOF does not have the ability to impose restrictions on the management of your account.
Fee Structure
SOF Spectrum Capital Management charges a percentage of your portfolio each year. The annual fee is 2.00%, charged quarterly. SOF also offers performance-based fees to qualified clients: 2.00% of assets under management along with 25.00% performance fee based on capital appreciation. SOF will assess fees on the Clients’ cash and cash equivalents held as part of the Client’s portfolios.
