Nordwand Investments provides investment advisory services specific to affiliated private investment vehicles. Nordwand Investments generally does not provide investment supervisory, investment management, investment reporting, or investment implementation services. Rather, Nordwand Investments will recommend Nordwand Advisors, LLC, an affiliated registered investment advisor, to provide investment advisory services. Nordwand Investments serves as the Investment Manager of, and provides discretionary investment management services to, affiliated private funds offered to qualified investors.
Fee Structure
Nordwand Investments serves as the investment advisor to affiliated private funds and may receive compensation in the form of management fees, administrative fees, and/or incentive fees. The affiliated private funds may pay Nordwand Investments management or administrative fees quarterly or as directed by Nordwand Investments. In instances where Nordwand Investments is also the General Partner of the affiliated private fund, Nordwand Investments may also receive a special allocation based upon the return of each limited partner’s capital account. Each limited partner will be charged for the special allocation attributable to their capital account.
