NCM provides investment management services to fund vehicles and may offer its investment management strategies to institutional investors through separately managed accounts (SMAs). NCM tailors its advisory services to institutional investors via SMAs, with investment restrictions imposed in writing.
Fee Structure
Nomura Capital Management's investment management fees are generally based on a percentage of the value of your portfolio and may be negotiable. The firm may also charge a performance-based fee, if permitted by law. The specific fee schedule is not included in this brochure. For separately managed accounts (SMAs), the management fee will be based on the level of services and is subject to negotiation. Fees may be fixed or based on a percentage of assets under management. SMA clients will receive a management fee invoice, either in advance or in arrears, as agreed upon in their Investment Management Agreement.
