PLC Investment Solutions, LLC recommends third-party investment advisors to clients and also manages securities for clients on occasion. PLCIS.LLC will assist the client in completing the recommended advisor’s investment profile/suitability documentation, portfolio management agreement and any other onboarding paperwork, will monitor the client’s account and its performance regularly. When a 3rd party advisor is recommended PLCIS, LLC will function as a conduit for information exchange between the recommended advisor and the client throughout the engagement of the recommended advisor and the client.
