Formulate manages portfolios primarily on a discretionary basis, meaning Formulate will not seek specific approval of changes to client accounts.
Fee Structure
Formulate Financial's fees for managing your investments generally range from 0.00% to 2.00% per year of the value of your portfolio. The fees are negotiable and may be higher or lower based on the size of the account, complexity of asset structures, and other services provided. On a select basis, investment management services can also be provided on a fixed fee basis ranging from $20,000 to $100,000 per year.
