Fee Structure
Sailcrest Capital Management offers investment management services through its Investment Program and Full Service Program. Fees are based on committed capital and vary depending on the asset type:
- Private Fund Investments (excluding Blockchain and Digital Asset Private Funds): 1% of committed capital annually.
- Direct Investments (including Co-Investments): 1% of committed capital annually, plus 10% of profits.
- Blockchain and Digital Asset-Related Investments (including direct and private funds): 2% of committed capital annually, plus 20% of profits.
Fees are calculated quarterly in advance. Committed capital includes both funded and unfunded commitments. After the fund's investment period, fees adjust to reflect the client's adjusted cost basis. Carried interest is paid upon realization of profits.
