Fees are negotiable. When TCG decides to utilize other managers, clients will pay the management fees for those subadvisors and TPMs. The fees assessed will vary dependent upon the TPM / subadvisor selected. TCG will also charge a platform fee when utilizing other advisers: - **$250,000 - $1,000,000**: 0.20% - **$1,000,001 - $2,000,000**: 0.15% - **$2,000,001 - $5,000,000**: 0.10% - **$5,000,001 - $10,000,000**: 0.08% - **$10,000,001 +**: 0.06% The TPMs fee will vary depending on the TPM / subadvisor selected. These fees will typically range from 0.10% - 1.00%
