Oak Harvest Investment Services charges an annual fee based on the total value of your investment portfolio, billed quarterly in arrears. The fee rate decreases as your investment amount increases:

• $0 to $999,999 — 1.37% per year
• $1,000,000 to $1,499,999 — 1.22% per year
• $1,500,000 to $1,999,999 — 1.12% per year
• $2,000,000 to $2,999,999 — 1.07% per year
• $3,000,000 to $3,999,999 — 0.97% per year
• $4,000,000 to $4,999,999 — 0.89% per year
• $5,000,000 to $9,999,999 — 0.81% per year
• $10,000,000 to $24,999,999 — 0.75% per year
• $25,000,000 and over — 0.62% per year

This investment management fee is inclusive of financial planning and consulting services. Additionally, portfolio management clients pay a technology service fee of $50 per year for each custodial account.
