DCM manages investments for its own clients and for clients of its affiliate, Dean Investment Associates (DIA), through a sub-advisory agreement. These are the fees for Mid Cap Value and Small Cap Value strategies. Large Cap Value, Multi Cap Value, and Equity Income strategies have lower fees: First $10M: 0.60%, Next $15M: 0.50%, Over $25M: 0.40%. Fixed Income: First $10M: 0.25%, Next $15M: Negotiated, Over $25M: Negotiated. Fees are negotiable.
