Penserra Capital Management provides sub-advisory services to exchange traded funds (ETFs). Fees are based on a fixed minimum or a percentage of assets, depending on the services rendered, the client's investment objective and strategy, the size of the account, and other factors. The percentage of assets under management fee is negotiated. Annual per fund minimum fees for ETF sub-advisory services range from zero to $60,000 per fund.
