IEQ Capital offers investment management and advisory services to individuals, high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, foundations, endowments, non-profit organizations, and other business entities. IEQ works with clients to develop an investment policy statement that reflects their financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance. IEQ invests client assets in stocks, exchange-traded securities, mutual funds, index funds, direct investments and alternative private investments, including digital assets. IEQ also offers ancillary administrative services such as consolidated reporting and bill payment.
IEQ Capital charges an annual management fee of up to 1% of the assets they manage. The fee is negotiable and can vary based on the type of account, the client's relationship with IEQ, the size and complexity of the assets, and the investment strategies used. Some clients have a minimum quarterly fee of $6,250, but this can be negotiated lower. For clients invested in private funds where IEQ serves as a sub-advisor, IEQ receives a sub-advisory fee of up to 1.0% directly from the fund instead of collecting management fees under the investment management agreement.
