Heron Equity Management offers several investment management options, each with different fee structures:
- Direct Asset Management: 2% of your portfolio per year.
- Co-Advisor Services (with Gradient Investments): Fees range from 1.00% to 2.00% annually, split between Heron Equity Management and Gradient Investments, depending on the portfolio type (Strategic, Tactical, Allocation & Defined Outcome, Preservation). There is also a Client Directed Account option with a flat $300 annual fee.
- Third Party Managers (VestGen): Fees range from 1.10% to 1.80% annually, split between Heron Equity Management and VestGen, depending on the amount you invest.
- Annuity and Life Management: Up to 1.5% of the assets managed annually.
- Performance-Based Fees: 2% of your portfolio or 20% of the annual portfolio performance above 8%.
