Cardea Capital Advisors (CCA) offers investment and advisory services, including asset-allocated model portfolios, to financial professionals, retail clients, and institutional clients. CCA develops a financial outline with each client, summarizing their financial circumstances, risk tolerance, investment objectives, and guidelines. Financial planning services are offered as a stand-alone service or coupled with ongoing portfolio management. CCA also provides general consulting services on a project basis.
Fee Structure
Cardea Capital Advisors charges an annual investment management fee of up to 1.5% of the assets they manage. This fee is billed quarterly or monthly. The advisor who referred the account to Cardea Capital Advisors will also charge a fee. The fees are mutually agreed upon and disclosed in the Fee Disclosure & Sharing Agreement. Fees for TAMP services range from 0.20% to 0.90%, sub-advisor fees range from 0.15% to 0.60%, and back-office fees range from 0.10% to 0.25%.
