Global Brokerage Services (GBS) offers wrap fee programs designed to help clients meet their investment goals. GBS manages accounts on a non-discretionary basis. GBS's services include access to an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) for personal service and financial advice, portfolio management, quarterly account statements, performance reports, execution of transactions, custodial services, and advisory fee billing. GBS uses Envestnet Asset Management, Inc. for its web-based platform and Hilltop Securities, Inc. for custodial services.
Fee Structure
GBS offers investment advice through accounts with access to a wide spectrum of investment choices for a single fee. Fees are negotiable and based on the total account value. The fee covers GBS’s consulting fees and Hilltop Securities (custodian) execution and custodial services. The fee does not cover the fees and expenses of any underlying exchange traded funds, closed-end funds, mutual funds, unit investment trusts or exchange trade notes.
GBS also offers the Premier Advisors Program, which charges an annual fee that covers portfolio management and administration, including Envestnet, Envestnet Manager Fees, and fees payable to the Platform Provider and IARs. The level of fee will vary with the amount of assets under advisement in the Premier Advisors Program and the particular investment styles and investment options chosen or recommended.
