United Planners does not set a firm-wide investment management fee schedule. Instead, your advisor will determine an advisory fee based on the complexity of your portfolio, the services provided, and the platform used.

• The maximum annual advisory fee cannot exceed 3% of your portfolio.
• Depending on the account type (such as Pershing UPlan or third-party custodian accounts), there may be additional administration or program fees ranging from 0.05% to 0.19% per year, or flat monthly fees (such as $8 per month for certain custodian accounts).
• Your advisor will discuss and agree upon the specific fee structure with you before managing your investments.
